Refund policy
To be eligible for a refund, please adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Opened containers, jars, tubes, or bottles, including hygiene seals, cannot be refunded.

Notify us and return unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at hello@calmhavenbeauty.co.uk with the subject “Refund" and include your order number.

Please arrange and pay for the return shipping, as we do not offer free returns. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

We will process your return once we receive the items in "suitable for resale” condition. Returns showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer may be refused.

If you have canceled a contract and the products have already been delivered, please return them to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will process your refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the returned products or receiving evidence of their return.

Damaged items: If the products are damaged, faulty, or do not match the description, please return them within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. We will cover the additional postage costs.
- If an order is returned to us due to the customer's failure to pay customs fees, a refund will be processed for the items only, with the exclusion of any postage fees that were originally covered by us.
Please ensure that returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage. Damaged returns may not be eligible for a refund, and we will not return ineligible items to you.
Medicube AGE-R Booster Pro Warranty:
The Medicube AGE-R Booster Pro is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of shipment. During this period, customers are entitled to a free replacement service if the product malfunctions due to non-human factors and is within the scope of the warranty.
Within Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers malfunctions that occur during normal use of the device, as outlined in the user manual.
Out of Scope of Warranty
The warranty does not cover issues arising from the following human factors:
• Improper use, damage caused by accident, or incorrect storage (e.g., dropping the device).
• Any use of the product that deviates from the instructions provided in the user manual.
• Alterations to the appearance, replacement of parts, or dismantling of the device.
• Repairs performed by unauthorized manufacturers or third parties.
After the 6-month warranty period expires, we are unable to offer any replacements or free repairs for defective items. However, customers can still pursue their statutory rights under UK law for up to 6 years if the fault is proven to exist at the time of purchase.
