Shipping policy
We ship to the United Kingdom, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Jersey only. We no longer ship to the European Union or to any other international destination.
Processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched the same working day once payment is verified. The cut-off for same-day dispatch is 4pm. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time.
Shipping methods
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure reliable, fast delivery. If that service is unavailable, we use Evri Next Day or DPD Next Day instead.

Order tracking

Orders can only be placed for delivery to the United Kingdom, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Jersey. Some products carry specific shipping restrictions because of their nature or regulatory requirements — please review the product description before ordering.
