How much: Dispense a coin-sized amount into wet palms. Use more for longer or thicker hair.
Application: Apply to wet hair and scalp. Work into a lather between your hands first, then bring to the roots. Massage with your fingertips (not nails) for two to three minutes, focusing on the scalp surface. This contact time lets the caffeine and herbal actives reach the follicle before rinsing.
