Blemish Calm
For skin that breaks out when life happens
Clearer-looking skin without a fight. Unblock gently, calm daily, and let quiet skin do the rest.
6–8 weeks for the pattern to change. Single spots calm sooner.
This is for you if…
- Spots arrive with stress, poor sleep or your period
- Blackheads on the nose and chin that never clear
- Harsh spot products left skin red and still spotty
- You swing between attacking your skin and saying sorry
- The skin around your spots is unhappy too

The plan at a glance
The steps
Melt (evenings)
EveningThe day's oil and SPF out of your pores, gently
A heartleaf cleansing oil dissolves sunscreen, oil and grime. The very things that block pores. Oil dissolves oil. The rule spot-prone skin needs most and fears most.
Why it matters: Spot-prone skin often avoids oils, then scrubs at half-removed SPF with foam. That is worse. A light pore-focused oil removes the blockage without the rubbing that inflames it.
How to do it: Dry face, dry hands. One minute of slow massage. A few extra seconds on the nose and chin. Add water, massage until milky, rinse well, then your gentle wash.

Cleanse
Morning & eveningClean skin without the tight, squeaky feeling
Removes oil, sweat, sunscreen and the day's grime at pH 5.5. That is your skin's own level. Washing takes off the day, not your skin's protection.
Why it matters: This is the step most people get wrong first. A harsh wash quietly causes the tightness and flaking the rest of a routine then has to fix. Start gentle and half of 'problem skin' never happens.
How to do it: Evening: massage gently for 30 to 60 seconds in lukewarm water. Rinse, pat dry. Morning: a lukewarm rinse is enough if your skin leans dry.

How to choose between these
Both sit at skin's own pH, so pick by feel. The HARUHARU gel is soft and non-foaming. The safest pick if your skin ever feels tight after washing. The Soon Jung foam gives a light lather if you like a little foam.
Clear (2–3 evenings a week)
EveningUnblocks the pore where spots begin
A mild acid toner loosens the plug of old cells and oil that starts every spot. The BHA part works inside the pore, where the problem lives.
Why it matters: Spots form under the surface days before they show. Washing helps the top. A gentle acid reaches the plug. The skill is the pace. Enough to keep pores clear. Never enough to upset the skin around them.
How to do it: Start two evenings a week, after washing, on dry skin. Move to three only if your skin stays comfortable. Never on the same night as any other strong product. Never on broken skin.

Calm the battlefield
Morning & eveningSpots handled without the scorched-earth approach
A tea tree and centella ampoule. It keeps spot-prone zones clear while calming them at the same time. The spot and the redness around it, one layer.
Why it matters: The classic mistake is treating spots as the enemy and your face as the battlefield. Drying lotions, neat oils, alcohol. The skin loses every time. Clear-plus-calm is the way that lasts.
How to do it: A few drops over the whole face, or pressed onto the spot-prone zones. Morning and evening, after toner, before moisturiser.

Hydrate — yes, even oily skin
Morning & eveningMoisture with zero heaviness
A watery red bean gel. It hydrates and helps balance oil, with nothing heavy sitting on top.
Why it matters: Thirsty oily skin makes MORE oil to cope. Skipping moisturiser is how oily skin stays oily. This gel breaks that loop without feeding congestion.
How to do it: A thin layer morning and evening as your last skincare step. Before SPF in the morning. Even beats extra.

Rescue (weekly, or after bad-skin days)
WeeklyTwenty minutes that talks angry skin down
A 77% heartleaf sheet mask floods stressed, spot-prone skin with calm. The reset button for weeks when everything flared.
Why it matters: Spot-prone skin runs hot. Sun, stress, sweat and the spots themselves all push it redder. A weekly calming soak lowers the baseline, so the daily routine works on quiet skin.
How to do it: On clean skin, 15 to 20 minutes. Never until it dries. Pat the essence in, seal with your gel. Ideal the evening after a Clear night.

Protect
MorningThe one step that beats every serum
SPF50+ blocks the daily sun that drives early lines, dark marks and skin damage. Including through windows, and on cloudy British days.
Why it matters: For a beginner, sunscreen gives more long-term benefit than any fancy ingredient you could buy. Skipping it quietly undoes the other three steps. It is a habit from day one in every plan we publish.
How to do it: Two finger-lengths for face and neck, as the last morning step. Top up if you are outdoors for long. Yes, even in winter.
Pick the one you want. You can also add another product from this step.
